Patience is an assistant account executive at Bospar. Working on accounts in a variety of fields, Patience is building her portfolio and discovering interests in every vertical.


Patience Baldacci is a graduate of Virginia Tech, earning a bachelor’s degree in Public Relations with a concentration in Political Science. She graduated in Fall 2020 with a 3.7/4.0 overall GPA – Magna Cum Laude. In her free time, Patience coaches the local high school girl’s varsity lacrosse team. Her career aspirations include campaign management, crisis communication and multimedia production.

Leadership Education: Creating Change 2018

The Creating Change Conference, run by the National LGBTQ Task Force, is the foremost political, leadership, and skills-building conference for the LGBTQ social justice movement.

Patience attended lectures about LGBTQ issues, social activism, and racial issues; for example, the Racial Justice Institute, Balancing the Bi: Wrestling with Multiple Marginalized Identities, How Can White Folks Best Support the Movement for Black Lives.
